According to a Cushman & Wakefield press release, the City of Loveland has purchased a 89,748-square-foot office building and an adjacent 33,156-square-foot warehouse at 1515 Cascade Avenue in Loveland.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ells, CCIM and Cole Herk, CCIM represented the sellers, FAMLECO Group Publishing, LLC and Cascade Distribution, LLC, in the transaction. The property was acquired by City of Loveland, represented by Nathan Klein and Rico Devlin of LC Real Estate Group.
The office building at 1515 Cascade Avenue is a three-story structure offering 89,748 square feet of space with potential for a 60,000-square-foot expansion. The building features a second-floor patio area, two fireplaces, three elevators, a café and a fitness room. It also provides access to conference and training facilities throughout the campus.
