Dillon Kaiser, the man involved in a verbal clash at Dwayne Webster Veterans Park with former Loveland City Councilor Erin Black, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct related to the March 2025 encounter. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports Kaiser entered into a plea agreement on Oct. 1 in Larimer County Court in Loveland, according to court records.
