Loveland Man Accepts Plea Deal In Drive By Shootings Case

A Loveland man who was accused of attempted murder after a series of drive-by shootings accepted a plea deal Sept. 25 and faces up to 15 years in prison. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, 20 year old Robert Jacobs pleaded guilty in 8th Judicial District Court in Fort Collins to three amended felony counts — criminal attempt to commit second-degree murder, aggravated retaliation against a witness and illegal discharge of a firearm.
