Fort Collins is rolling out pop-up events this October for a direct dialogue with residents on revamping the downtown parking blueprint. Cool beverages such as tea and coffee will accompany data presentations, waiting for attendees. Then on Friday, Oct. 24, between 4 and 7 p.m., locals can drop by the Old Town Square for an evening session. Finally, on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the engagement drive continues with information sharing and feedback gathering both in Old Town Square and the Welcome Center.
Illustrating the challenges wrought by an expanding demand and dynamic downtown scene, the City is keen on forging a more intuitive parking arrangement to foster better turnover and financial autonomy for the operation.
