The Murder Mystery Company is hosting two Murder Mystery Dinners at Longmont’s historic Callahan House on October 17 and 18, with the event running from 6:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. each night. The Callahan House is a Queen Anne style Victorian house with French interiors and an Italian garden. It was built in 1892 and given to the City of Longmont in 1938 by Thomas and Alice Callahan. It is used as a diverse events space and is preserved by the City of Longmont.
Friday’s mystery dinner has a 1930’s Hollywood theme and is titled “Best Laid Plans.” Saturday’s event has a 1920’s theme and is titled “Death of a Gangster.” There are still some seats available for Saturday’s event that can be purchased online for $130–$163. Attendees are encouraged to dress up in accordance with the theme and will receive an evening of food, drinks, and entertainment.
