Loveland Council Members To Consider Condemnation Of Mayor On Homeless Issue

Mayor Jacki Marsh’s offer to shelter around 15 people overnight in the Loveland municipal building on Oct. 5 is now facing formal sanction from her colleagues on the City Council.
