From pizza to Thai, new and upcoming restaurants are adding flavor to Northern Colorado

Northern Colorado’s food scene continues to grow, with several new spots that opened this month or are coming soon — and no closures to report.

Loveland has two additions: a pizza place from 13-time world champion chef Tony Gemignani and an ice cream shop with a boozy twist.

Fort Collins has its own wave of openings on the horizon, including a new Thai restaurant, Miniso — a destination for Asian snacks and lifestyle goods — and Milkshake Factory, a Pittsburgh-based dessert shop known for its gourmet shakes and sundaes.
