There’s just something about that Asian-fusion cuisine that many Coloradans enjoy; whether it be for a date-night, or large celebrations. Folks in the north Denver area have been waiting for one spot to open; by Halloween, the wait will be over.
P.F. Chang’s has been in Colorado since 1994, when they came to Littleton. Just over 10 years later, they’ll have nine in The Centennial State. I’ve been to the Loveland location at the Promenade Shops at Centerra a few times; it’s a fun place to hit up during the holidays. It reminds me of “The Christmas Story,” when they go out for dinner.
