Affordable Dental Care Coming to Fort Collins: FRCC Clinic to Serve Local Residents Starting January 2026

Front Range Community College (FRCC) will open a new dental clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado, in early 2026. The clinic will be located on the college’s Larimer campus. It will provide low-cost dental care to residents of northern Colorado. The clinic will also serve as a training site for students in FRCC’s dental hygiene and dental assisting programs. The project is funded by donations from the Colorado Health Foundation and Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation.

The clinic plans to start offering services in January 2026. Dental students will provide care under the supervision of licensed dental professionals and faculty. This setup allows students to gain practical experience while patients receive care. FRCC President Colleen Simpson said the clinic aims to help uninsured or underinsured community members and prepare students for careers in dental care.

The clinic will accept patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. There are no eligibility requirements. Appointment costs will range from $20 to $50, depending on the patient’s age. The clinic will not offer complex dental or periodontic procedures. It will provide basic services such as dental exams with x-rays, cleanings, fillings, local anesthesia, sealants, and laser and fluoride treatments…
