The Weld County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Ashton Harrington on November 20 for suspicion of five counts of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification at Aims Community College, a class 1 misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and up to $1,000 in fines. On November 19, the WCSO was notified of a recording device in an all-gender restroom in the Student Commons Building that was positioned to capture footage on a toilet.
