We’ve all heard that Greeley’s population has been booming over the past few years, and soon it will be bigger than ever. According to KDVR, a new report from the Common Sense Institute shows that Fort Collins has experienced a net migration drop of 26 percent, returning to pre-pandemic averages.

Greeley’s population will be larger than Fort Collins soon, and it is going to happen quicker than many people think. The prediction that Greeley will be home to more people than the city of Fort Collins could be as soon as 2026.

Additionally, an analysis shows that Greeley will be much more populated than Fort Collins by at least 100,000 people going into 2051.

I think affordability has played a huge role in people moving to Greeley. Greeley is considered an affordable community in Colorado. People are looking at how they can stretch their dollar out the most and still have a high quality of life.
