A man was fatally shot by a Greeley police officer during a traffic stop near Banner North Colorado Medical Center. It happened late Wednesday afternoon near 21st Avenue and 16th Street, reports the Greeley Tribune, when a police officer pulled over a vehicle for a traffic stop. The woman driving got out of the vehicle, but a man, whom police knew had a felony arrest warrant, stayed in the vehicle, refused to get out reached toward a bag in his lap.
