Fort Collins is considering making changes to how it manages snow accumulation when property owners don’t do their part to clear it.
City code requires property owners or occupants to clear any ice and snow from sidewalks adjacent to their home. If that doesn’t happen within 24 hours of its accumulation, then the city can hire a contractor to clear it and bill whoever was responsible for doing it in the first place…
