Fort Collins will give Larimer County downtown properties in land swap

Fort Collins and Larimer County will exchange some properties in a move that will give each of them pieces of land they need to complete future projects.

Larimer County will gain land flagged for future expansion of the Larimer County Justice Center, and Fort Collins will get property it can use for parks and transit maintenance and storage facilities.
