A new deal between Aims Community College and Frontier Airlines should give the school’s Aircraft Maintenance graduates a premium opportunity for new jobs.
The partnership with Aims and Frontier Airlines offers graduates of the new Aircraft Maintenance Technician program, which launches next month, the opportunity to be hired by the airline.
The new 60,000-square-foot Aircraft Maintenance Technician Center is scheduled to open in January 2026, following Aims’ receipt of its Federal Aviation Administration certification as a part 147 aviation maintenance facility, according to officials.
