When a company is wanting to come to Colorado, and pays over $10 million more for a property that was just purchased earlier that year, you know they mean business. With there being less and less Kodak-related work happening in Windsor, this new company may be the town’s “next big thing.”
in February of 2025, well-known Northern Colorado developer Martin Lind purchased the former Carestream Health property for $3.5 million. In December of 2025, he sold that property to GlobalAI for $15.6 million. That is a lot of money; that definitely infers “deep pockets” putting some roots down in the area.
