LONGMONT, Colo. — The Longmont Ice Rink is temporarily closed after security footage showed a skater damaging the equipment during a private rink rental Saturday night.
The city first announced the closure Sunday, calling it an “unfortunate incident of vandalism.” A notice posted at the rink cited “unexpected equipment issues.”
