BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — Starting Jan. 12, speeders on Colorado Highway 119 in the construction zone between Boulder and Longmont will no longer get warnings. They will face $75 civil penalties.
The 10-mile stretch is in the middle of a large construction project, and there are lots of workers on the side of the roadway.
