You can find more than a few local ice cream shops in Northern Colorado, but you would be hard-pressed to name any local ice cream shop that has locations in more than one Fort Collins area city. Who knows what the upcoming years hold for this little ‘vintage-styled’ shop?

The great thing about ice cream, is that you love it as a kid and you love it as an adult. It’s great for special occasions, and it’s great for just a quick treat, “just because.” Maybe it’s because it usually comes in a lot of different flavors, so it’s easy for everybody to have a fun time. I’m kind of boring: I really like vanilla; I should open my own shop and call it, “Dave’s Vanilla.” It would be a play on word: I’m plain (vanilla) and I only serve variations of vanilla ice cream.
