A car chase turned into a drone-assisted manhunt Saturday morning in Northern Colorado. The Coloradoan reports Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputies attempted a traffic stop at 3:30 a.m. near Harmony Road and Ziegler Road, but the driver did not stop, began eluding the law enforcement officers and drove east into Weld County. A shot was fired at the pursuing deputy, striking his vehicle. Eventually, the driver stopped on Carpenter Road, west of I-25, the release said. The people inside the vehicle fled on foot.
