Two people were stabbed Wednesday morning in the 2200 block of Dexter Drive in North Longmont. Police arrested a suspect at the scene.
Police found two stab wound victims, a man and a woman, at a residence in the Dexter Drive cul-de-sac around 8 a.m. Wednesday, Robin Ericson stated in a Longmont Public Safety release. The suspect, a 23-year-old man, was arrested and taken to a hospital for evaluation, she wrote in the release.
The two victims were taken to a hospital with “significant” injuries, Philip Piotrowski, Longmont Public Safety’s acting assistant chief for detective operations, said. Two other people were taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure, and the suspect was hospitalized for a medical evaluation. When that is complete, he will be detained at the Boulder County Jail…
