GREELEY, Colo. — A Fort Collins-based ice cream company is opening a second location in Colorado.
Edison’s Ice Cream announced it will open a new location in downtown Greeley in the spring. The second shop joins Edison’s existing location in Old Town Fort Collins.
The new shop will open in the historic Salzman building at 911 8th Ave. in downtown Greeley. The address was home to Salzman Shoes for 82 years before closing in 2017…
