Several Town of Windsor facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan. 19 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. This includes Town Hall, 301 Walnut St., Public Services, 922 N. 15th St., the Windsor Police Department, 960 N. 15th St., the Community Development Center; 200 N. 11th St., and administrative offices at the Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th St.
