HIP Streets Project Getting Underway In Loveland

Utility work on the Heart Improvement Plan (HIP) Streets project is bringing lane closures and traffic delays to one of Loveland’s most traveled corridors. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports Cleveland Avenue is reduced to a single lane between Fifth and Third streets while crews replace water and stormwater lines beneath the intersection with Fourth Street. Work is expected to last approximately 12 weeks, weather permitting. During that time, one southbound lane on Cleveland will remain open to maintain traffic flow, with the closure shifting east to west as work progresses…
