DENVER (KDVR) — Loveland police pooled their own money to buy siblings new scooters after their scooter was stolen at the library while they were inside, only a few weeks after receiving it for Christmas.
The kids were amongst the books when the scooter was stolen, and the next chapter in this story proves that justice never sleeps.

On Jan. 7, the two children arrived at the library on a scooter and left it in the front lobby while they explored. When they went back to the lobby to leave, they discovered that the scooter had been stolen.
The Loveland police responded to the report of the stolen scooter and investigated the incident. During the investigation, officers planned a behind-the-scenes surprise and pooled their money to help buy new scooters, helmets and locks for the kids…
