LOVELAND, Colo. — The emerald ash borer continues to kill trees across Colorado, and Loveland is launching a new program to help replace them.
Through the city’s “Growing Loveland” initiative, residents can apply to have a free tree planted in public easements near their homes — typically the strip between the sidewalk and the street.
