The murder charge a suspect was facing in connection to a Loveland apartment shooting where one person was killed was dropped Jan. 26, according to the Loveland Reporter Herald. On Jan. 8, 2024, a 911 caller reported that shots had been fired at The Edge apartments in the 3800 block of East 15th Street, according to a news release from the Loveland Police Department. The suspect, 22-year-old Estevan Vasquez, remained on scene and a 49-year-old, Jeffrey Myler, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
