This year’s Larimer County Fair is going to look a lot different than the previous two decades as The Ranch Events Complex undergoes a more than $110 million makeover.
The Larimer County Board of County Commissioners voted Jan. 26 to adopt the 314-acre complex’s amended master plan funded by a voter-approved 0.15% dedicated sales and use tax extension through 2039. The tax costs consumers 15 cents for every $100 purchase, excluding such items as food, diapers and feminine products.
