Nearly two years after a teen was slammed to the ground at a Colorado In-N-Out after he accidentally splashed water on a woman, his attacker has been sentenced.
Lucas Kalisher pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted assault – strangulation, a class five felony as part of a plea deal on Monday, Feb. 23, according to the Loveland Reporter-Herald,citing court records from the 8th Judicial District Court in Fort Collins.
The 57-year-old was previously charged with Assault in the Second Degree-Strangulation and Child Abuse, but both charges were dismissed as part of the plea deal, the Loveland Reporter-Herald reported…
