Big Development in South Loveland to Bring Housing, Possible Grocer
In the area southeast of the corner of Highway 402 (14th St. S.E.) and Highway 287 (Lincoln Avenue) is going to be the South Village development. The project will include over 550 single family/multi-family residential units as well a lots for retail and services, along the two highways of that corner.
