Back Door Grill space in Fort Collins reopens as Filipino restaurant

Fort Collins is continuing its streak of international restaurant openings.

The latest addition is Marcuz Boba, which had its soft opening Feb. 25 in the former Back Door Grill space at 130 W. Laurel St. The family-owned eatery joins recent arrivals like Three Dragon Thai and Gaia Masala & Burger, offering a mix of Taiwanese boba drinks and Filipino comfort food.

The three-story building starts with an entryway that has claw machines and a classic game, Pac-Man. Upstairs, the dining space is fully set up with tables and chairs, along with colorful lights that make it seem like you’ve stepped into a mini dance party.
