15 Year Old Cyclist Facing Charges In Accident Involving Greeley Police Chief

A 15-year-old cyclist who was hit by Greeley Police Chief Adam Turk while he was driving an unmarked vehicle in February faces charges for failing to yield. According to the Greeley Tribune, the boy was charged with failure to yield right-of-way upon entering a highway, a charge that is used when entering a roadway from anyplace other than a road, according to a Colorado State Patrol news release..
