A 20-year-old man is on the mend after he was shot in a domestic dispute Tuesday afternoon in east Greeley. About 4:10 p.m, police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at an apartment complex in the 1700 block of 6th Avenue, according to the Greeley Tribune. The initial investigation showed the suspect, a 40-year-old man, got into an argument with his 45-year-old girlfriend. The woman’s sons, ages 20 and 26, were also in the apartment at the time. During the argument, the youngest son was shot once by the suspect. He was taken to the hospital with injuries that weren’t life threatening.
