Former Windsor officer enters ex-girlfriend’s apartment while she was sleeping: Affidavit

DENVER (KDVR) — A former Windsor police officer is facing several charges after he allegedly guessed the code to his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and went inside while she was sleeping, according to an affidavit.

Timothy Seabra was arrested on Jan. 25 and faces charges of felony second-degree burglary, false imprisonment, harassment and domestic violence after he allegedly guessed the code to his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and asked to work things out.

In a newly released affidavit, an officer reported that on Jan. 25, around 1:30 a.m., they received a call for a burglary. The woman said she woke up and found Seabra, her ex-boyfriend, standing over her bed and pleading to work things out.

The woman said in the affidavit that he didn’t live there, and she changed the code to her apartment after they broke up over a week before the incident, and she said that he guessed the code to get in…
