JOHNSTOWN, Colo. — A new Texas Roadhouse location is planned for Johnstown, with construction expected to begin soon.
The popular chain, known for its steak dinners, ribs and scratch-made sides, will take over a 2.326-acre site it recently acquired in the 2534 development — a growing commercial hub near the southeast corner of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34.
The roughly 8,000-square-foot restaurant will sit just south of a future Boondocks Fun Center, home to go-karts, mini golf, laser tag, bowling and other family-friendly attractions. It will also be near Scheels, the sporting goods store known for its giant Ferris wheel inside…
