Women’s Golf Leads After Round One At Southern Colorado Open At Walking Stick GC

PUEBLO, Colo. – Colorado State University Pueblo women’s golf opened its home tournament in strong fashion on Sunday, finishing Round One of the Southern Colorado Open atop the leaderboard at Walking Stick Golf Course.

The ThunderWolves turned in a seven-over 295 on the par-72, 6,000-yard links-style layout, putting them in a tie for first place with UT Dallas heading into the final round. The Pack also paced all six Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference programs in the field, showcasing their depth on a challenging course setup.
