FORT COLLINS, Colo. — City officials in Fort Collins are considering a shift to paid on-street parking in Old Town for the first time in decades, a proposal drawing strong reactions as the city prepares to outline possible next steps as early as Tuesday.
The proposal comes as part of an ongoing effort to address parking availability in the downtown area.
