Colorado pizza chefs Anthony DeSousa and Nick Swanson, who both have pizza restaurants in downtown Longmont, missed a chance to advance to the next stages of the International Pizza Challenge this week in Las Vegas.
DeSousa, owner of Antonio’s Real New York Pizza, placed 27th out of 110 competitors in the World’s Best Cheese Slice Division.
