Autonomous Solutions Inc. (ASI) has acquired Scythe Robotics, a Colorado-based developer of autonomous mowing equipment for the landscape industry.
The acquisition integrates Scythe’s proprietary Scythe Sight® AI computer vision system and its M.52 autonomous electric mower into ASI’s existing automation ecosystem powered by the Mobius autonomous fleet management platform.
Company leaders say the move will accelerate the development of next-generation autonomous equipment across multiple industries while expanding the reach of Scythe’s commercial landscaping technology.
