May I rant?
I’m a small-town girl. Crowds? Not really my thing. So why, in God’s name, did I move to the busiest little town in Northern Colorado? Don’t get me wrong, Timnath is charming. The people are lovely. It’s adorable. But why do I feel like I’m on the verge of a full-blown panic attack every time I try to run a simple errand? I get it. People love Costco. Walmart. Starbucks. But are we all going at the exact same time? Every single day? Because that’s what it feels like. And don’t worry… it gets worse. In just a few months, Timnath will be welcoming what might be the most popular fast food restaurant in the universe: In-N-Out Burger. And let me paint the picture for you, one road in, one road out, and a line of people questioning just how badly they want a burger animal style. The average Costco sees somewhere between 3,000 and 6,000 customers a day according to Google. And somehow, it feels like we all go at the same time. Running errands in Timnath…..
