Fort Collins looks to the sky with new citywide drone program

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Fort Collins has launched a new drone program designed to improve how city crews respond to emergencies.

The city has deployed three drones, each housed in its own docking station, and multiple agencies have been using them for about two months. The docking stations are on the roofs of two different fire stations in the city.
