The military veteran community in Northern Colorado is poised to mark a significant milestone event.
On April 8, there will be a groundbreaking ceremony for the Veterans Honor Monument in Loveland. This initiative aims to celebrate service members from all branches and periods, establishing a permanent space for remembrance, learning and bringing the community together.
The monument will be located at the entrance to Loveland Sports Park, located at 950 N. Boyd Lake Ave. The single-acre site, which can be seen from the road and is easy for visitors to reach, is designed as a space where veterans, families, students and community members can come together to learn about the sacrifices that are part of America’s military history…
