On the openings front, CooperSmith’s Billiards is now bringing fresh life to what locals once recognized as Poolside. The space has been updated with a more modern look and features a brand-new menu. Over at Jessup Farm, Sugar Beet Saloon has taken over the former Barrel House space, marking a full transition into a Western-casual dining spot.
