When I walked into Rellas Family Medicine’s Midtown office one afternoon in early February, I was surprised to see Dr. Dale Rellas himself holding open the practice’s lobby door for me.
The primary care physician has been practicing in Fort Collins for nearly a decade — most of which was spent at Associates in Family Medicine and, after its acquisition, Village Medical.
Rellas was among the dozens of Fort Collins health care providers who left the embattled practice in March and April 2025. He’s one of two known former Village Medical physicians to subsequently start their own practices.
