TIMNATH, Colo. — G-Que Barbeque made its Timnath debut April 23, bringing its championship-level barbecue to Northern Colorado for the first time.
Founded in 2015 by Jason Ganahl, the chain has several locations across the Denver metro area, along with outposts at venues including Coors Field, Empower Field at Mile High, and Folsom Field.
The newest location at 4931 Cima Vista Drive is the brand’s fifth and spans about 4,000 square feet, featuring a patio, full bar and an Ice Cream Farm concept that serves handcrafted ice cream for dessert…
