The new Boondocks entertainment venue to be built at Interstate 25 and U.S. 34 in Johnstown will benefit from a reduction in development fees. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports if the company, which has two other facilities in Colorado, completes the project by June 30, 2027, and hires 120 people — full or part time — by March 31, 2028, Boondocks will receive a one-time 50% rebate on its building permit fee, building review fee and electrical fee.
