NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Police arrested a 29-year-old man on Sunday in connection with shooting that they say occurred outside a North Miami Beach nightclub earlier this year.
Officers with the North Miami Beach Police Department said Stanley Guerrier, of Miami’s Little Haiti area, is accused of opening fire during an altercation outside Taboo Miami, located at 337 NW 170th St., around 6:40 a.m. on May 2.
According to the report, Guerrier was involved in a fight with the victim before “unlawfully discharging a firearm in a reckless manner toward the victim,” striking him during what investigators described as an incident “demonstrating a depraved mind without regard for human life” in a crowded area…
