BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach woman is facing multiple charges after police say she kicked an officer during her arrest following an alleged $1 theft from a Dunkin’ tip jar.
The Boca Raton Police Department said that the incident happened around 8:15 a.m. on Sunday at a Dunkin’ Donuts at 1215 W. Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton.
