A Florida motorcyclist has been sentenced after authorities say he fled state troopers during a high-speed pursuit that reached roughly 150 mph on Interstate 95. The case stems from a February chase in Palm Beach County that ended when the rider crashed near Boca Raton.
Jose Manuel Gaviria Munoz, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of reckless driving in Palm Beach County court. According to court records cited by CBS12, he was sentenced to 240 days in jail and received credit for 99 days already served.
