$5M in drugs found in Miami Gardens home after fatal robbery attempt, cops say

The victims of a robbery attempt in Miami Gardens that ended with the suspect fatally shot are now facing charges after $5 million worth of drugs and $1.4 million in cash were found in their home, police said.

Anthony Enrique Gordon, 50, is facing charges related to trafficking in cocaine, fentanyl, meth and cannabis, as well as dealing in stolen property, possession of drugs without a prescription and possession of a firearm, weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, Miami-Dade jail records showed.

His girlfriend, 58-year-old Danette Larae Young, is also facing drug trafficking and other charges, police said…
